Overview: We know alot of things about the bible, we know in our minds that its true, but do we really believe that its true. Do we believe in our hearts? If we just have an intellectual understanding of the truth then we don't have true faith and faith like that doesn't please God. We need to belief and recieve the truth into our hearts and act on the truths that we know. It is when we act on our believes that we have true faith, faith that pleases God.
Hebrews 11:1-6
Overview: Unfortunately the word 'believe' today has been miss applied and the real depth of believe is not taught. To believe is to trust in or to cling to something or someone. The Samaritans and the centurion believed Jesus just on his word. If we say we believe Jesus, we also need to believe the claims that he made about himself and also his teaching.
